For the most part the wood was dry enough to burn, with a couple of really wet heavy pieces thrown in from the bottom of their pile. I didn't do a moisture test yet, but knocking many pieces together it seemed like most pieces sounded dry. As far as volume, you definitely get a full cord and then some.4 Yelp reviews.
